Come join us on this new L.A. adventure, where we’ll explore several of the city’s much loved and hidden gems. First, a two-hour guided tour of the Holyland Exhibition, founded in 1924 by a man with a love affair for the Holy Land and the preservation of its ancient past. You’ll be amazed at the wealth of artifacts on display, some nearly 2,000 years old. Costumed guides will provided a guided tour of the exhibit and tell the story of the items as they relate to the Bible and ancient traditions and customs. After, enjoy an included lunch with choice of entrée at famous Canter’s Deli which has offered an authentic Jewish deli-style experience since 1931 and is a well-known L.A. landmark. This afternoon we’ll visit the Monastery of the Angels, where a community of cloistered Dominican nuns create delicious fudge and pumpkin bread for purchase.
