We have a special treat for our first talk on Sept. 24, with 8 of our GCC students who conducted original Biology research this summer (under the direction of our own Dr. Shelley Thai) presenting their techniques and findings.  Then we have some reprobate giving the October talk, and then a scientist who collects data from an infrared telescope flown around in an airplane telling us all about that fascinating work in November.
