On behalf of the faculty, staff, and administration, welcome to the Continuing Education Programs of Glendale Community College. All of our classes and resources are made available so that you might fulfill your personal educational and career goals. You will find that we offer a variety of courses and many career paths from which to choose.
To help assure your success here, our focus is on you, the student. From among the many services we offer, you will receive help in assessing your strengths and utilizing them to realize your full potential. Our goal is to provide you with an educational experience that is challenging, supportive and rewarding.
Glendale Community College has offered noncredit classes since the early 1930s. The NEW Garfield Campus houses English as a Second Language classes, Office Skills and Computer Applications classes, the Developmental Skills Lab, the Community Services Office, the Continuing Education Office, the WIA program and the CalWORKs Program. Parent Education and Lifelong Learning classes are also part of the continuing education programs. They are held on the college’s main campus and throughout the local area.
