Ahmanson Foundation- August 2010 - GCC contacted the foundation about possible funding for the Science Outreach Program, but the request was denied
American Honda Foundation
- March 2011 - GCC is preparing a proposal for the foundation as of March 2011
California Community Foundation
- December 2010 - GCC contacted the foundation about possible funding for the Science Outreach Program, but the request was denied
Department of Education- April 2011 - GCC is writing a grant for the Hispanic Serving Institutions STEM program (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics)
Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)- March 2011 - GCC is considering applying for an Environmental Education grant
Joseph Drown Foundation
- December 2010 - GCC contacted the foundation about possible funding for the Science Outreach Program, and the college is still waiting for a response
Norris Foundation
- June 2010 - GCC contacted the foundation about possible funding for the Science Outreach Program, but the request was denied
Parsons Foundation
