Notify the universities of any changes
- If you change your phone number, e-mail or mailing address
- If you add or drop a course or fail to earn a C or better in a course
- If you enroll in a new college after applying
- If you want to apply to an additional UC campus (providing the campus is still accepting applications)
- If you want to apply to additional CSU campus (providing the campus is still accepting applications) log into www.csumentor.edu

CSU application - Contact the CSU admission office for each campus you applied too. It's best to write directly to admission office, Include your name and a copy of your application receipt
