Well, now there is a solution. You can take Fast Track Algebra!

Fast Track Algebra is a one semester 13 unit learning community with 4 components: Elementary Algebra (Math 141), Intermediate Algebra (Math 101) and Math Skills courses (Math 341 and Math 301). This program is designed to allow you to complete your algebra sequence in one semester and provide you the support to succeed. If any of the following fit your situation, then this program is for you!
- You placed into Math 141
- You placed into Math 119
- You placed into Math 101 but want a refresher also

The Math 341 and Math 301 classes support and reinforce the concepts from the algebra courses and include effective methods for success in algebra.
Students must enroll in all 13 units of the package and enrollment will be limited to students that are part of the Fast Track Algebra learning community.
Students must attend an orientation meeting before they register. Please check back for orientation dates during the Summer.

Fast Track Algebra is a commitment. You must be willing to:
- Spend 20 hours per week outside of class time working on math
- Arrive on time to EVERY class
- Actively participate in class activities
- Ask for help from your instructors, classmates and/or tutors
- Help classmates understand concepts
- Attend office hours when needed
- Work 20 hours or fewer if you have a job outside of school
- Take care of yourself with proper diet and exercise
