Three new members join the president

Dr. Young Suh is an anesthesiologist and has served on numerous missions around the world to assist with eye surgeries and procedures. He was recently elected as a Councilmember of the Crescenta Valley Town Council. He is an elder at the L.A. Korean Presbyterian Church and is highly respected in the Korean community. He has a lifelong record of service and has held many leadership roles within volunteer and community-based organizations including- President of the Korean-American Federation of Los Angeles, President of the Korean-American Federation of Southwest States, USA, President of the Olympic Lion's Club and Chairman of the Federation of Korean Associations, USA. Young has received numerous awards from dignitaries including two Presidents of the Republic of Korea, the Board of Supervisors, former California Governor Pete Wilson, and former Los Angeles Mayor Richard Riordan.

Linda Taix-Paccone is the founder and owner of Extreme Boot Camp, one of the first group outdoor fitness programs in the country. She is also the founder and owner of Taix Workout Studio, an exclusive indoor exercise studio located in La Canada, California where her staff has trained athletes, professionals, youth athletes and hundreds of members during the past 10 years. Taix-Paccone earned her Associate in Arts Degree from Glendale Community College. During her time at the college, Ms. Taix distinguished herself in many ways. She competed with the Vaquero Track and Field Team, was crowned Homecoming Queen, and received the college's prestigious Woman of Distinction award.

Donna Melby is a nationally recognized business jury trial lawyer who co-chairs the Employment Law practice in Los Angeles and is chair of Global Diversity and Paul Hastings Women's Initiative. Paul Hastings' employment law practice was named Labor & Employment Litigation Firm of the Year 2010 by The American Lawyer. Melby has successfully tried multiple jury cases to conclusion in the state and federal courts and has successfully litigated international and domestic arbitrations across the United States and abroad. She has been invited to America's top trial lawyer organizations, including the American College of Trial Lawyers, which limits membership to the top one percent of trial lawyers in the country, the American Board of Trial Advocates, where she served as National President, and the International Society of Barristers, which limits membership to the 500 most accomplished trial lawyers in the United States.
