Our Continuing Education programs have always been in the top 10 in student enrollment for noncredit compared to all of California’s Community Colleges, which signifies the commitment we have maintained to our community. The Professional Development Center (PDC) in Montrose has provided state-funded training to over 33,000 employees from more than 4,300 California companies since 1985. Community Services Education has been offering fee-based classes that can fill any need, from Pharmacy Technician training to Yoga. Our collaboration includes GCC’s successful Career and Technical Programs. As you can see, you have come to the right place for your educational and lifelong learning needs.

Our mission is to provide education and student services to the local community, meeting the critical needs of adults and high school students to achieve success through continuing education, workforce training, and college preparation aligned with district mission goals. The Garfield Campus prides itself on its values of quality education and excellent service. We have worked and continue to work with other community leaders to enhance the educational experience of our community. The AB86 Collaborative is a great example what we all do.
