Cognitive Science focuses on the study and implementation of intelligent systems, both human and artificial. It is interdisciplinary in nature and emphasizes cognitive psychology, computer science, mathematics and related disciplines. The Cognitive Science major provides excellent background for careers in cognitive science and related fields, such as artificial intelligence and human factors.
